Train-or-Tri opened in June of 2005 and caters to an evergrowing group of amateur to elite triathletes. Train-or-Tri is a triathlete owned and operated business, and owner Maureen (Musky Legs Mo, pictured at right) Trainor has been racing short and long course endurance triathlons as a sponsored triathlete since 2000.

Although Mo prefers Ironman triathlons and has completed eight to date, she also dedicates and donates her time sponsoring local triathlon clubs and events, as well as coaching amateur triathletes through Team-In-Training (TNT). Mo is also a proud member of Team Clydesdale USA and a 3x Lady Clydesdale World Champion. As a Lady Clydesdale, she holds the third fastest world record time for both her weight class and age division for Olympic distance triathlons. Mo is also a 2x Subaru-Ironman Canada third place division winner, a 1x Ford-Ironman Wisconsin first place division winner, and a Ford-Ironman Hawaii World Championship qualifier.

In addition, Mo is a physically challenged athlete as a heart patient, who favors the Challenged Athlete Foundation (CAF), and has success with her can do attitude, much like she runs her triathlon shop. Come in and TRI us out!
